Background Emulsifier (rotor - Stator)

Bottom emulsifiers and top emulsifiers are open pump systems with a configurable stator, providing extreme turbulence and shear between the rotor and stator walls. These high shear systems are ideal for lump breaking and can be integrated with other agitation or dispersion systems, or designed to operate independently, ensuring excellent material movement and complete dissolution in a short period of time.

The emulsifiers can be mounted at the bottom of the tank, on the side, or on the lid with an extension system. This equipment is widely used in the production of concentrated juices, dietary supplements, milk powder reconstitution, syrups, chemical solutions, xanthan gum, and more.
